1. Living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom - WC will be made of ceramic measuring 60x60. 2. Kitchen, WC, and areas other than cabinets and counters in the bathroom will be covered with wall tiles measuring 30x60 in accordance with the project. 3. Kitchen cabinets will have Matt Melamine doors, and the bodies of the cabinets will be chipboard. Kitchen worktops will be 3cm thick top-quality laminate countertops. 4. Bedroom cabinets will be made of first-class laminate. The bodies of the cabinets will be chipboard. 5. All interior doors will be made as Press Doors. The main entrance door will be an MDF Panel Press Door. 6. All outward-opening doors and windows will be white double-glazed PVC according to the project specifications. 7. Stair railings will be aluminum. 8. There will be 1 elevator. 9. There will be a 2-ton water tank. 10. All elements in bathrooms and WC rooms + glass shower cabin will be installed. 11. Electrical infrastructure for air conditioning will be installed in areas where air conditioners will be placed in the apartment. 12. Exterior facades will be painted with primer + 3 coats of Acrylic paint (Silicone Acrylic paint), and interior rooms will be painted with 3 coats of primer plastic paint. 13. All wastewater pipes will be PVC plastic pipes, all manholes, septic tanks, and well covers will be cast iron or composite covers. 14. The building entrance, parking area, and entrance path will be concrete paved. 15. A 4mm carpet type waterproofing will be applied on the top plate of the top floor of the apartment.
